Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://caregiverconroe.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Wildflower Nursing markets and arranges Senior Care, Companion Care, Dementia Care, Wound Care, Respite Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://caregiverconroe.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wildflower Nursing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Wildflower Nursing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Wildflower Nursing makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Wildflower Nursing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
